Who processes your data

Asociación Cultural de Estudios Flamencos Concepción Fernández, tax ID G23411507, at the same address and registered under number 2525, is responsible for managing its members and students. Send school-related privacy requests to the association at that address or the email above, identifying the school as the subject.
Hotel Álvar Fáñez (Siktenpull SL) handles its own bookings and ticket sales and must provide its own privacy information when collecting data. This website’s information channels do not forward enquiries to the hotel.
Enquiries
When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, your name or contact identifier, the information you provide and your message are used to handle and answer the enquiry. This website has no public enrolment, purchase or payment form. Share only necessary information and avoid sensitive data.
Service enquiries may be handled to take precontractual steps at your request, where applicable. Other general enquiries are handled on the legitimate interest of responding to people who voluntarily contact these channels; you may object in accordance with applicable law. Contacting us does not subscribe you to advertising.
School data and children
The association processes names, surnames, optional telephone numbers and notes needed to organise classes and record the monthly status of fees. Bank card numbers are not stored and payments are not collected through this website.
Ordinary management is linked to membership and the provision of requested activities; applicable accounting, tax and other legal duties rely on the corresponding legal obligation. Image permissions are a separate processing activity.
Parents or legal guardians enrol children directly with the association. Privacy information must also be provided when collecting data at the school; this page does not replace that obligation. Use a responsible adult’s contact details for enquiries about children.
Images and external content
Activity photographs and videos are published in accordance with permissions provided to the organisation, including those concerning children. Testimonials are published with their authors’ permission, displaying their name and the authorised excerpt. You can ask about a publication affecting you and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Google Analytics receives browsing and contact-click data only when you accept Analytics. Vimeo, YouTube and Facebook receive technical visit data when you allow their integrations. Reject or withdraw each permission in Cookie settings. Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp open those platforms only when you use them.
Providers and recipients
Technology providers support the service, including STRATO for hosting, Microsoft for Hotmail email, Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics when accepted, and WhatsApp for communications using that service. Their involvement is distinct from commercial disclosure of a database. Student data is not intended for sale or third-party advertising.
Support and maintenance access must be limited to what is necessary and governed in accordance with applicable law. Data may be disclosed to authorities when legally required.
External platforms may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies explain the responsible entities, countries and applicable mechanisms, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where relevant. See the links below and in the cookie policy before using them.
Data retention
Enquiries are kept as needed to deal with them and, if a subsequent relationship begins, for the periods applicable to that relationship and relevant obligations or liabilities.
Student data is kept while needed for the activity. When a student record is deleted, its data and associated monthly fee statuses are removed from the active database. Documents that must be retained for legal obligations or liabilities are handled separately for the applicable periods. Backups must be included in the erasure procedure.
Google Analytics event data is retained for 14 months. The choice stored in this browser expires after 180 days.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for processing based on it. Write to lunaysolrosa@hotmail.com or the relevant controller’s address, specifying the right and activity concerned.
Do not send a copy of your identity document by default. If there are reasonable doubts about your identity, proportionate additional information may be requested. Requests will generally be answered within one month; any legally permitted extension must be communicated.
You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
